I recently gave a presentation on this topic to Louisville's own Homepage Realty, and it felt worth sharing here too. When I talk about timeless design, I usually start with what to avoid: trends. We all recognize the Tuscan kitchen as a relic of the early 2000s, the lifeless gray walls of the 2010s, the wood-paneled everything of the 1980s. Trends are timestamps, and not the good kind. But "avoid trends" isn't the same as "be boring." Let me explain what I mean. The Nancy Me
